Cinque Terre was definitely one of my favorite spots on our Italy trip. It was super cool to see another side of Italy, one that never really came to mind when thinking about Italy.
We arrived in Levanto (where we stayed) late Wednesday night, and had a reservation at a B&B for the next 2 nights. As soon as we got there, we unloaded, got some dinner (so delicious!), and walked down by the water for a little while.
The next day decided to hit up the different towns in Cinque Terre. To get around, they have a train that will take you to each city, or you can hike up in the vineyards to get to the next town. We decided to split in half, and hiked for 2 legs of the trail. The first hike was 6 miles, the next was 4 miles. We had so much fun exploring the different towns, and trying all the different kinds of foods. We tried honey gelato, frozen granites, foccaccia bread, pesto pizza, pesto lasagna, and plenty more. The food was SO great, and the views from the city were incredible!

Seriously couldn't get enough of the views of this place
This area was enclosed enough that people could jump in and go swimming. I chose to watch our stuff instead, because I didn't want to be wet the rest of the day.

We hiked more stairs on this trip than I have in my entire life!

I LOVE Cinque Terre! Seriously one of the most beautiful places I have been to! The coast line is amazing! We did all the hikes except for the last one too! The stairs were just too much so we decided to take a boat instead :-) I ended up keeping track of all the stairs we hiked in Italy because it became apparent very early on in the trip that there were going to be A LOT of them!
