 Malorie's surprise shower...it went SO well, and she was shocked!

 Mom & Dad were in town for business, in December, so we hit up the Mesa lights (twice since Mom and I went with the laurels too), Sprinkles cupcakes, did lots of shopping, ate lots of good food, and just enjoyed hanging out.

November Update

Here's what we've been up to for the last month...

Celebrating Tyler's birthday with friends

The next weekend, Courtney wanted to host an Amazing Race party, and asked if I would help with the prepping/planning. Of course I said yes, because I love the Amazing Race!! Anyway, there were 4 teams (12 couples total), with 2 couples on each team (Ty & Brad were together since we had to run the thing). It was such a blast. We had a pool challenge (almost everybody got in) basketball challenge, penny/quarter challenge, license plate challenge, eating challenge, etc... It took about 2 hours to finish, and everybody had a blast. I totally want to do it again, but actually be one of the teams next time :)

Next in the month was our ultrasound to finally see our little GIRL (still in shock about the whole "girl" thing)!

After doing the Amazing Race with friends, Court put on an Amazing Race with the young men/women for Mutual, and it was such a hit! The kids had a blast, and were able to get to know members of the opposite sex a little better ;)

The Lighting of the Gilbert Water Tower. Rachel & Todd invited all of us to join them at the lighting, and we ended up seeing the Taysoms (Tyler works with Brent in scouts & I work with Aby in YW), who were able to hook us up with a free horse & carriage ride, as well as tell us where to find free hot chocolate. It was a fun night :)
