Christmas with Tyler's dad

We did Christmas with Tyler's dad on the 28th.  We went up to SLC, opened gifts, ate lunch together, visited the Asian Market, and took family pictures (yep, again! :).

Christmas day with Tyler's mom

Like I said before, we did a Christmas day with each family, and we did Christmas day with Tyler's mom on the 26th.  It was a little bit different than my family...everybody didn't wake up until 9 ish, opposed to 6 am at my house.  It was nice to sleep in :)  The whole family (Ty's siblings, and step-siblings) was there together for the first time in probably 3 years, so there were a lot of us, and a LOT of presents to be opened.  Before presents, we ate some snacks, and then began opening!  After gifts, we took family pictures up American Fork canyon with a photographer Lisa hired, and following that were shopping, naps & seeing the movie "Walter Mitty," which we loved.

Family Pictures...I'm surprised that all of our noses aren't bright red. It was FREEZING up there, and there was a lot of snow!

Christmas Day

We decided to do things a little bit differently for Christmas day, with my family.  The little kids all got up (6 am), opened their stockings and Santa gift, and then we all ate breakfast.  After breakfast, the kids finished opening gifts, and then we went to see "Frozen."  After the movie, we napped, ate lunch/dinner, played pool, etc.  Later that night, when all the kids were asleep, the adults opened gifts.  This made the day seem so much longer, and more enjoyable.  Around 8 or 9, we headed over to Tyler's mom's house for our Christmas Eve with them.

Christmas day evening
Charlotte seriously LOVED her Uncle Tyler.  I'll admit, I was a bit jealous ;)

Mom's still getting "questionable" gifts, thanks to the little kids
